How TrustReviews works
How is the star rating calculated?
Ratings are the average of published scores, rounded to one decimal, on a scale of one to five. Unpublished reviews are excluded. No published reviews means no rating.
Are registered profiles verified?
Registration does not verify identity, website ownership or a purchase. Ratings are customer feedback, not a guarantee of safety or service quality.
When does a review appear?
Reviews start as drafts and appear only after staff publish them. Pages show the latest 20 published reviews; ratings include all published reviews.
Which languages are supported?
English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. English is the default; widgets can follow the language of the host page.
